What is Claim a Frame?
Claim a Frame is a virtual 3D gallery in a classical building. Brands and artists claim wall space, and visitors can click through to their website.
How much does a wall cost?
Every wall shows a live minimum, and checkout fills it in automatically. Empty walls start at $5 and the Grand Frame at $25. For an occupied place, the next minimum is $5 or 5% above its holder, whichever increase is larger, rounded up to a whole dollar. You can pay more to aim for a more visible wall.
Which wall do I get?
All works are ranked by what they paid, highest first. Rank 1 hangs on the Grand Frame, rank 2 on the next most visible wall, and so on. Your place is set when we approve your work.
What happens when someone outbids me?
Your work moves down one wall. It never comes off: works pushed past the last wall hang in the Archive, where they stay clickable. We email you whenever your work moves.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorized when you check out and charged when your work is approved, which is usually within minutes after our automatic checks. If it is not approved within 6 days, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Can I get a refund?
No. The payment is one-time and not refundable once your work is live. Before you pay, you ask for immediate display and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once your work is hung.
Can I remove my work?
Yes, at any time. Email hello@claimaframe.com from the address you claimed with, and we take it down within 2 working days and confirm by email. The works below it move up. The payment is not refunded once your work has been live.
Is VAT added?
No. We are not registered for VAT, so the amount you enter is the full amount you pay.
What can I hang?
Logos, artwork, photos and brand images in PNG, JPG or WebP up to 4 MB. Every image is reviewed. We refuse illegal, hateful, violent or sexual content, scams, and logos or art you do not have the right to use.
Can visitors click my work?
Yes. Every work has a label with its title, text, what it paid, when it was hung, how long it has held its wall and how many clicks it has had, and a link to your website.
Can I share my wall?
Yes. Every wall has its own page and share image, like “Hanging on the Grand Frame at Claim a Frame”. We send you the link when your work goes live.
Do I need an account?
No. You claim with your email and a card. Receipts and updates go to that email.
